COMMISSIONED WORKS
You can ask about having a sculpture especially created for you. We begin by gathering your
input and requirements regarding what you would like created, the size of the piece and what 
your budget range is. We may ask you to supply photos or other reference materials. After 
considering your project we will present you with an Approval & Authorisation form to progress
the work. We require a 50% deposit at this stage. If you require a rough layout, this will be 
presented within a few days from receipt of the deposit. It is advisable to check ahead for 
work schedule. Booking well in advance is advisable.

PAYMENT METHODS
Clive Stevens Paper Sculpture Gallery Online accepts personal cheques, money orders, 
Mastercard and Visa. For purchases made via the internet, any cheques or money orders

SHIPPING
Works requiring a crate for shipping will be custom built and invoiced at cost. Approximate 
crate cost is £50. We ship by the following methods: FedEx, TNT, Courier and Royal Mail. 
If you have a preference, please state at time of purchase and allow up to two weeks for 
delivery. All shipping is billed at cost. Pre-paid international shipping only. Please call us 
for a quote.

PRICES
The price shown on the day that you place your order is the price you will be charged, plus
applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Clive Stevens Paper Sculpture Gallery reserves
the right to change prices for works displayed anywhere at any time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your complete satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If your art has arrived damaged in 
any way or you are not fully satisfied and wish to return or exchange a piece, please call the 
gallery immediately to arrange for return or repair. In the case of return, please refer to the 
instructions on the packing slip. Shipping charges are completely refundable if return is a 
result of our error. All repairs are made at no cost.

SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be applied to your purchase at the rate in effect at the shipping 
address.

COPYRIGHTS
By receiving a Paper Sculpture from Clive Stevens, you accept that the Artist reserves all 
copyrights to original Artwork and that artwork may not be reprroduced for any personal or 
commercial purpose without the express written permission of the Artist or his heirs.

OTHER TERMS
Clive Stevens Paper Sculpture Online is not responsible for typographical errors and 
reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time. All sales are 
governed by British law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. No 
representative or agent of Clive Stevens has the authority to vary any of the policies or the
terms and conditions governing any sale.
